The process consists of getting behind the dent and slowly and carefully massaging the dent back out to it's original form. A dent is under extreme pressure and all we do is release that pressure so that metal returns to it's original state.
We use a variety of specially made tools to perform the repair. Repairs can last from 5 minutes to 3 days depending on the severity of the damage.
